Provide high-quality administrative and logistical event support. Coordinate all aspects of special projects, from concept to brief, ideation, and execution. Deliver various student services, such as admissions and recruitment.
Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Education:
Bachelor's Degree in film or related fields

Required Experience:
3+ years Planning and executing events in an arts-related setting. Student Service experience in admissions and recruitment or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Experience:
3+ years Related experience in an academic or non-profit/arts environment.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Outstanding interpersonal, public speaking, and writing skills. Flexibility to work independently as well as part of a team. Ability to handle sensitive situations and/or people. Excellent planning and organizational skills. Ability to communicate policies and procedures to a diverse population at all levels. Knowledge of standard office software, including Zoom.

Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Experience using Adobe Photoshop and/or Canva software. Knowledge of contract management and accounts payable systems.

In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $65,700.00 to USD $80,300.00. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses, clinical compensation, or other items.
