Job Description

Reporting to the Director of Enrollment Management, the Admissions Data Analyst is responsible for the maintenance and management of admissions data systems, data workflows, and data processes. This position is primarily responsible for data management along the enrollment funnel from inquiry to matriculation. This position will create regular data reporting and support training for the admissions team on database management.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage/maintain admissions CRM database; this includes ongoing maintenance and cleaning of inquiry and applicant data
  • Create and maintain ongoing reporting on the admissions funnel (inquiries, interviews, applications, etc.)
  • Create and deliver training sessions for admissions staff on CRM functionalities
  • Provide necessary data/reporting to the Director of Enrollment Management and other members of the Leadership Team
  • Assist with Financial Aid and Scholarship distribution along with Director of Enrollment Management
  • Participate in admissions selection committees as a file reader
  • Gather data related to digital marketing analytics (google analytics,, email campaign open rates, etc.)
  • Manage the reporting on DASL, INDEX, and other reporting
  • Conduct admissions tours as needed back up

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analytics. Admissions, enrollment management, and financial aid work preferred
  • Independent School experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Successful candidates will be energetic, strategic, engaging, compassionate, and collaborative
  • Excellent analytical, oral, and written communication skills
  • Knowledgeable of the admission database, Google Suite, MS Office applications, and information management
  • Excellent organizational skills coupled with a strong work ethic
