The Senior Program Manager is an integral part of Tulane Global providing programmatic and communications support for the University’s strategies for global education, research and engagement. The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for supporting an international traveler management system, tracking partnerships, development of website content, social media and other communications and providing programmatic support for global programs. The Senior Program Manager will provide instrumental support to Tulane’s international travel safety process and procedures, including implementing and maintaining an international traveler tracking system, and managing requests to travel to high-risk international destinations. The Senior Program Manager will help develop and implement communications strategies for Tulane Global to enhance Tulane University’s reputation as a top tier research university of global consequence, producing content for both print and digital channels and pursues media coverage in a variety of global markets. This person will also be instrumental in implementing the strategic internationalization plan as well as highly visible programs. The Senior program manager will interact with a wide range of both internal and external stakeholders at every level.

• Demonstrated proficiency in presentation, spreadsheet and database software required (i.e., Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel).

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year institution plus two (2) years’ experience.
• Master’s or Professional degree from an accredited four-year institution.
Preferred Qualifications
• Degree in a relevant field (international education, higher education administration, communications, international affairs/relations, law, or area studies).
• Experience using traveler registry and tracking system, preferably experience with TerraDotta.
• Experience living, working, or studying abroad and fluency in a second language.
• Three years or more of demonstrated engagement with international education, international operations or diplomacy.
• Design experience.
• Data collection and reporting experience.
