Colorado State University is accepting applications for an Administrative Coordinator. The Administrative Coordinator provides support to the Assistant Vice Provost for International Affairs and to leadership and teams within the Office of International Programs (including the intensive English program, the international enrollment center, and other special international academic initiatives). The position also manages and staffs the front desk reception area of Spruce Hall, supports building management needs for Spruce Hall, and supports other administrative activities. This position will supervise student employees who assist in staffing the front desk. The Administrative Coordinator is a full-time administrative professional position that works in person on the CSU campus in Fort Collins, and will report directly to the Assistant Vice Provost for International Affairs.

Salary: $42,000-$45,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications, plus benefits equaling approximately 25% of salary.

Required Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Two years of experience in an administrative support role which includes duties such as scheduling, coordinating meetings and events, project management, customer service and office management
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a wide range of people at all levels of an organization, including culturally diverse communities
  • Demonstrated ability to interact professionally and in a timely manner with internal and external constituents
  • Demonstrated experience in providing exceptional customer service
  • Demonstrated computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Office Suite
  • The successful candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States by the proposed start date of August 1, 2022. International Programs will not sponsor a visa for this position.
