Overview
The Graduate Recruitment Specialist will report to the Associate Director of Graduate Marketing and Recruitment and be responsible for aspects of graduate marketing and recruitment, including the recruitment of international and domestic students, as well as yield management of admitted students. This position will also coordinate recruitment travel and logistics, including collateral and lead management. The Graduate Recruitment Specialist will work with office leadership to meet graduate enrollment goals for NYU Tandon's Masters and Doctoral programs as well as develop and shape outreach and marketing strategies. This position is hybrid.
Bachelor's Degree in a related field
Preferred Education:
Master's Degree in a related area
Required Experience:
3+ years experience with higher education administration and admissions/enrollment management experience required
Preferred Experience:
2+ years experience in graduate student recruitment and marketing.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Knowledge of STEM programs. A valid U.S. Driver License and passport usable for international recruitment travel. Excellent skills in problem solving, resolving complex admissions issues. Willingness to perform a wide range of tasks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to write and speak professionally and persuasively and to engage diverse audiences through both group presentations and individual consultations; fluency in English. Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.
