The College of Southern Nevada seeks a dynamic individual who is experienced to lead and set a new vision for international recruitment and admission for international students. The Recruiting & Outreach Program Manager will be responsible for the development and implementation of a strategic enrollment management plan and will oversee the operational process intended to target international students. The Program Manager will lead this strategic planning for and execution of international recruitment and marketing plan to increase international student enrollment at CSN. These include but are not limited to marketing, international travel, recruitment strategies, application process, knowledge of the evaluation of foreign transcripts, admissions process, agent and agency relations, international partnerships, implementation of best practices to identify best markets, enrollment analytics, forecasting, ROI assessment, knowledge and understanding of the use of information systems and technology.
The ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with diverse populations from diverse cultural backgrounds
Outstanding written and oral communications, strong analytical and interpersonal skills
Ability to work with prospective students/ parents and multiple other internal and external stakeholders across all organizational levels and lines
Knowledge of immigration regulations such as SEVIS and F-1, J-1 visas, and other visas
Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited college and/or university, 3 or more years related professional experience (International admission, international affairs) and 3 or more years related managerial experience (project management, assessment and evaluation, strategic planning) OR the equivalent combination of education and experience
Willingness to travel both domestically and abroad
Experience working in higher education and international affairs with particular emphasis on recruiting
Experience in international recruitment, admissions procedures, and enrolment management
Experience with agent portfolio development and management
Experience developing and implementing a high-level recruitment and enrollment strategy with associated marketing plan
Administrative and supervisory experience
Marketing experience and the use of information systems and technology, incl. digital platforms and Social Media accounts
Budget management and financial experience
Demonstrated administrative experience including budget and financial management processes, public relations, strategic planning, policy formation, and supervision experience with systematic collection and interpreting of data and report writing
