Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.; Summer: Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Under general supervision, the incumbent will perform a variety of office clerical functions and provide support to prospective and current students to include, but not limited to the following:
Performs clerical work including the processing of electronic mail received, responding to prospective and current students;
Conducts photocopying, faxing, and scanning of documents; files documents and maintains course folders;
Arranges meetings and coordinates schedules of the Assistant Dean and Director;
Suggests potential solutions to unique and systematic programmatic problems;
Prepares program reports and correspondence, inclusive of student surveys;
Develops revenue and expense reports by program;
Prepare course enrollment reports;
Participates in the development of marketing material and ensure the PACE website remains current;
Maintains student and certificate tracking databases (Salesforce), inclusive of updating with emails, and issuing certificates;
Assists in the orientation and training of student assistants;
Answers phones & field questions from students, clients, partners, and prospective clients;
Processes and reconciles problem registrations;
Coordinates work and projects assigned;
Other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent AND two (2) years of experience performing general office clerical/administrative work.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
A general knowledge of applicable university infrastructure, policies and procedures is required.
Fluency in using standard office software such as MS Office package is desired.
The ability to learn, interpret independently, and apply a variety of complex policies and procedures is required along with the ability to identify deviations from applicable policies.
The ability to apply independent judgment, discretion, and initiative to address problems and develop practical, thorough and, at times, creative solutions is required.
The ability to perform standard arithmetic functions of a transactional nature is required.
Active problem solving skills are required along with effective interpersonal skills.
The ability to work professionally, collaboratively, and collegially with a diverse group of people, clients and co-workers is required.
Familiarity with office administrative technology to facilitate program support.
