DUTIES: - Responsible for ensuring that IEP recommendations are implemented and that each service provider responsible for implementation of a student's IEP is aware of his or her IEP responsibilities, including specific accommodations, program modifications, supports and/or services prior to implementation of the plan. - Enter IEP information into database and update as needed. - Ensure that all IEPs are current and that each teacher and service provider has a copy. - Coordinate all paperwork for new cases and annual reviews and submit to district. - Act as representative from ICLC at IEP meetings. - Collect FADs and send to district administrators. - Tour prospective students and their families to determine if ICLC has an appropriate placement. - Provide classroom coverage when needed, attend case conferences, take attendance, arrange family consultations. (DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE ABOVE POSITION DESCRIPTION) QUALIFICATIONS: REQUIRED: NYS certification in special education, school psychology or licensure in psychology or social work.
