The Director of Graduate and International Recruitment and Admissions leads comprehensive student recruitment and admission strategies to attract, recruit, and enroll a highly qualified and diverse graduate and international student body. The Director is responsible for the customer relationship management software and technology tools that house the graduate and international application and actively participates in the strategic use and design of these tools and the application management process. This position builds and maintains collaborative relationships with both campus and external constituents and stakeholders. The position also advises and contributes to the Graduate School and International Education’s international activities with a view to strengthening the University’s general profile, student recruitment, partnerships, and international dual degree programs. The Director manages a committed staff and oversees planning, budgeting, and operational line responsibility.
Anticipated start date for this position is February 3rd, 2020.
The position dually reports to the Associate Dean of the Graduate School and the Associate Dean for International Education, Graduate School, and International Education.
Regular, reliable and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
A master’s degree in a related field from an accredited institution of higher education
At least five years of current experience in an admissions-related position
Experience managing/supervising staff
