The Office of International Engagement at Montclair State University seeks an International Recruitment and Partnerships Coordinator. Reporting to the Associate Provost, this position will be a key resource to ensure positive ongoing communication with international partner institutions; development and delivery of international programs and conferences on campus and abroad; and media to attract and build awareness of Montclair State University in a global market. The IRP Coordinator must be creative and detail-oriented in order to develop and maintain print, multimedia, and social media to reach a broad multifaceted local, national, and international audience spanning students, community members, and leaders. Additionally, archive and records management, budget administration, and time management skills are critical aspects of the position.
Responsible for coordinating international travel, marketing, and communication to support international student recruitment and partnership development
Communicate with International Engagement staff regarding web, print and social media communications, international programs, projects, and activities
Communicate with internal Montclair State officials, such as marketing, media, and web administrators to coordinate marketing projects
Communicate with external community and international stakeholders to organize meetings, conferences and projects
Coordinate the production of print, video, and on-line publications to attract and sustain international and local interest.
Coordinate international on-campus fine arts, cultural, academic, and development projects and programs
Support development and sustainability of international partnerships through ongoing communications
Develop project work plans, calendar of activities, transportation, room and board for international delegations, conferences, grants, and summer group programs
Document grant and project activities for reporting and assessment
Submit time and effort reports for grants
Oversee and process requisitions and procurement activities
Manage project specific grant budgets
Ensure programs, projects and grants follow Montclair State University policies
Some International, national and international travel required
Performs other duties as assigned.

Bachelorâ™s Degree from an accredited institution
Minimum of two years of experience coordinating international programs including grants, conferences, and workshops
Ability to supervise projects and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Experience managing project based budgets and processing requisitions
Excellent oral, written, multimedia and multicultural communication skills
Strong computer skills required, including Microsoft Office suite, and working knowledge of graphic design software, website management software and Internet applications
