Assist Senior Admissions Counselor with all student and parent communication, guiding them through all phases of enrollment cycle, from initial inquiry through return from abroad.
Assist Senior Admissions Counselor in coordinating with academic and admissions staff at overseas partner institutions, including the collection and distribution of relevant course information and schedules.
Process applications, including issuing acceptance materials, following up with questions, etc. Confirm all pertinent information has been received.
Maintain term/city-specific social media groups.
Work with Director of Operations and Senior Admissions Counselor on yearly program material revisions.
Utilize SAI database to communicate with students and track progress, maintain course schedules and course descriptions.
Report to Vice President of Enrollment Services to discuss data, applicant concerns, and creative solutions to enhance the admissions and enrollment process.
On-line support for live chat.
Assist Student Visa Director as needed
Attend occasional study abroad fairs in support of the university relations team.
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to present programs in a professional manner.
Excellent organizational skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, database utilities and social networking.
Skills and desire to work collaboratively with diverse personalities and cultures.
Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure with deadlines.
Higher education work experience
International experience; may be an undergraduate study abroad program
