Waldorf University is accepting applications for an International Student Recruiter. This position is a member of the Office of Admissions, reporting to the Director of Admissions, and provides a great opportunity for candidates interested in broadening their experience in International Student Enrollment. Ideal candidates would be student-centered, energetic, able to adapt to multiple roles, have the ability to work with a variety of multi-cultural international students and the ability to work a flexible schedule that will include some evenings and weekends. As a part of a small liberal arts college, the right candidate will find challenge and opportunity.
International Student Recruiter: Responsible for the recruitment cycle and oversight during the enrollment process. The position entails active recruiting efforts including email, phone, mail, pre-admission correspondence/process and travel to regional colleges/universities to recruit international transfer students. Position will be a trained Designated School Official (DSO) for the college.
Requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree and two years’ experience in a residential college setting working with admissions, international students and/or student affairs. Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident, have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
