Position Description: Implement H-1B, E-3, and TN visa services for international faculty, researchers and professionals, in compliance with federal regulations and applicable policy. Serve as consultant to departments in interpretation of regulations and procedures; counsel department on strategies for obtaining H-1B and other employment-based status; counsel nonimmigrant scholars and dependents on strategies for obtaining and maintaining temporary status; consult with outside counsel; prepare documents for submission to government agencies. Assist in counseling, programming, and duties related to non-immigrant scholars.
