Successful applicants, ideally should be able to speak/ write and read fluent Mandarin or Cantonese.
English language speaking applicants (with no other language skills) will only be accepted if there is a demonstrable prior background, experience or track record within the recruitment / search industry either in Asia or elsewhere.

Report to a Managing Partner or an Associate Partner, depending on your background and experience.
Responsible for various recruitment assignments(candidate with good performance will handle Senior to Top-Level positions)
Full 360 degrees recruitment, sales to closure of a career placement.
Communicate with management team of client company, networking with competitive candidates and provide assistance on company-wide business development.
Proceed with all kinds of necessary communication with candidates, including interviews, and offer negotiations.
Researching on your specialized industry and provide updated information to the company and to the client and candidates.
Provide informative career consultation to different levels of candidates, senior to Top level in particular.
Developing yourself as a recognised specialist recruitment professional in one of the most competitive sectors and industries.
University Graduates in any disciplines.
Minimum 2 years of Sales experience or 1 year of recruitment experience.
Confident personality with entrepreneurial mindset
Personable,humble, down-to-earth, hungry for success and financial rewards.
Ability to focus for long periods, with excellent concentration, attention to detail and strong work ethics and high personal integrity.
Great spoken communication and inter-personal skills - particularly in spoken Mandarin is highly desirable.
