General Statement of Duties :
RESPONSIBILITIES : E = Essential 1. Develop and implement short-term faculty-led programming and education abroad advising. 2. Implement a communication plan to engage underrepresented students with short-term study abroad opportunities including printed, in-person and peer-to-peer communication plans. 3. Assist with the review and updating of student advising materials, and faculty resources. 4. Provide administrative support to faculty developing short-term programs. 5. Develop online workshop modules for faculty. 6. Create a student recruitment toolkit. 7. Coordinate and plan programming which engages target student populations: underrepresented majors and backgrounds. 8. Maintain working knowledge of University computer systems 9. Ability to develop budgets with appropriate predictions and track student payments. 10. Responsible for contributing to Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action objectives. 11. Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS : 1. Bachelor's degree. 2. Experience living, studying or working abroad. 3. Experience in the field of Education Abroad. 4. Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
