Serve as Primary Designated School Official (PDSO) for SEVIS reporting
Plan and supervise International Student Orientation Week in fall and spring
Chair the Global and Cultural Learning Committee and serve on other campus committees
Advocate for and coordinate the co-curricular needs of UD international students
Supervise the arrival and departure of UD international students
Review and draft International Studies policy, regulations, and forms for approval by the UD campus community/administration, as needed
Promote, coordinate, and support short term and long term international study programming
Serve as the “clearing house” for documentation and arrangements related to international study
Serve as a member of a campus working group that coordinates off-campus learning and engagement opportunities
Promote the "internationalization" of the UD campus through print and web media, classroom appearances, personal contacts, and advocating for study abroad opportunities
Promote positive, mutually beneficial relationships and interactions between international students and the UD communities
Manage an annual budget
Assist in new student registration events
Manage website content and social media resources related to services and resources offered by the International Studies Office
Provide supervision of student workers and graduate assistants as needed
Supervise some evening, weekend, and late night programming
Perform other duties as assigned in support of the University’s mission
