Colorado State University is accepting applications for an International Recruitment Manager. The Manager is responsible for leading a team of dedicated professionals in the work of recruiting and advising international students about CSU programs. They will work in close coordination with University partner institutions, government sponsors, the Graduate School, graduate departments, and PLACE (Programs for Learning Academic and Community English). The position provides enrollment counseling, conducts presentations, manages and oversees commission-based agents, and interacts with students, families, high school and university faculty and staff, community college personnel, and alumni. This is a full-time administrative professional position and reports to the Director of the International Enrollment Center.

Required Job Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree
Three years of admissions, college counseling, or related higher education experience
One year of professional international recruitment experience
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with all individuals and cultures
Strong commitment to the principles of diversity, inclusion, and equal access
Strong presentation skills, with experience presenting to large and diverse audiences
Supervisory experience (supervision of temporary or student staff will be considered)
The successful candidate must have the ability and willingness to travel internationally, and occasionally domestically, for a minimum of six weeks in an academic year, including night and weekend hours. Travel requires a current passport or the ability to obtain one by the start date, as well as a valid Colorado driver’s license or the ability to obtain a valid Colorado driver’s license by the start date (or access to a licensed driver), and the ability to lift light to moderately heavy (40 lbs) recruitment materials for transportation to events.
The successful candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States by the proposed start date of June 14, 2021. International Programs will not sponsor a visa for this position.
Preferred Job Qualifications
A master’s degree in a relevant field
Demonstrated experience in growing international enrollment at a university
Demonstrated experience working with a wide variety of internal and external constituents including international students as well as external entities involved with international recruitment, such as commission-based agents, university partner students, and government sponsored students
Fluency in two or more languages
Demonstrated experience writing reports and documenting policies and procedures
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize within a fast-paced work environment
Strong work ethic and a positive, friendly and customer service-oriented attitude
Additional Salary Information: Salary of $53,000-$58,000, plus benefits equaling approximately 25% of salary. Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
