Job Description: The Regional Educational Advising Coordinator (REAC) for the Northern and Western Europe Region provides professional leadership and support to the EducationUSA network of advising centers in this region to foster international student mobility and advance the U.S. Government's public diplomacy efforts in close consultation with U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA).   The REAC provides guidance and training to advisers and advising centers, monitors and evaluates center operations and adviser performance,  supports U.S. higher education institutions in their international recruitment efforts, and, as an expert in international student mobility and higher education engagement between the U.S. and the a
