Advising of both prospective and currently enrolled undergraduate, graduate and professional students in regards to enrollment, scholarships and financial aid, student billing and student payment services., in appointments and over the front counter and telephone. Assists with outreach activities both on and off campus. Additional responsibilities/processing functions related to the administration of scholarships and financial aid including, but not limited to, financial aid education abroad processing and short-term loan processing. Some evening and weekend hours required.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree plus one year of customer service experience or evidence of strong interpersonal skills required. Strong interpersonal skills required.
Prefer experience in a college or university financial aid office or comparable setting. Computer proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, databases and presentation software helpful. Public speaking experience desirable.
Posted Salary: $16.346/hr minimum
